Elegance

This is the first semi-decent shot I have gotten of a Bald Eagle as all of the others I have been able to photograph have been too far away for any semblance of detail or portrait. This one was in a tree along the far bank of the Snake River in Grand Teton National Park. It stayed only for a short time (there was a nest a half mile away or so) so I was elated to finally get close to one and squeeze off a couple of shots.
